Elevated comfort food that tastes as good as it looks. Our Avocado Toast Bowl starts with thick slices of our Classic Sourdough, toasted to golden perfection. We top it with perfectly ripe avocado, mashed and seasoned with lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, and sea salt. Fresh cherry tomatoes add a burst of sweetness, while crumbled feta brings a salty, creamy element. Finished with a handful of fresh microgreens and a drizzle of our house-made herb oil. This dish is Instagram-worthy but more importantly, it’s nutritionally balanced and incredibly satisfying. The healthy fats from avocado, protein from feta, and complex carbs from sourdough make this a perfect breakfast or lunch. Served with a side of mixed greens dressed in lemon vinaigrette.
